Dare to be bold - with color, with materials, with passion for creation! I love putting paints to metal. The effect is surprising sometimes.

A person in my everyday life is gone. I am a widow now. I do not know how to proceed. Creating art eludes me at present. But, I am grateful for Fine Art America and all the artists who continue to share their creativity. You all give me hope that my creative spirit will again emerge, perhaps, most likely, changed. Changed is ok.

Petros Yiannakas
Love it ! Great Work !
Marie Jamieson replied:
Petros, thank you so much!
Andrew Michael
Wonderful. Such strong sumptuous red. V/F.
Marie Jamieson replied:
Thank you, Andrew!
Lianne Schneider
Extraordinary - has a very Chinese feel to it. Bold indeed. F/V
Marie Jamieson replied:
Thank you, Lianne. Yes, I was thinking Oriental-ly when it was being painted. There is a wonderful music CD entitled Graceful Passages (with or without words) and I was listening to the wordless version while painting. I believe the two from Thailand and China were playing during this one's creation! :-)
